The Centerport Garden Club founded in 1953.
• We have 85active members.
•We have 27 committees educating & beautifying our community
• We make about 30 wreaths to distribute to organizations in our community during the holidays.
• We teach floral design to kids & vets.
• We tend the Rose Garden at the Vanderbilt Museum.
• We have fun together on trips, meetings & social events.

December’s BIRTH FLOWERS are the holly (Ilex aquifolium) and the paperwhite Narcissus (Euphorbia pulcherrima)—a relative of the daffodil with lovely white blooms.
